Sheikh Nazim Community Centre is a welcoming space rooted in faith, remembrance, love and service to others.
Inspired by the life, teachings and spiritual legacy of Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani قَدَّسَ اللهُ سِرَّهُ, the centre aims to continue his message of love for Allāhﷻ, love for the Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ, good character, mercy, unity and care for people. Sheikh Nazim قَدَّسَ اللهُ سِرَّهُ placed great importance on bringing hearts together and serving others with sincerity, humility and kindness.
The centre provides a space for Mawlid gatherings, Dhikr, Islamic reminders, learning, community events and family activities, where people can strengthen their connection with Allāhﷻ while building meaningful relationships with one another.
Khidmah — service
A key part of the centre is khidmah (service). Serving the Dergah and the wider community, whether through giving your time, welcoming others, helping at events, preparing food, cleaning or supporting those in need, is an opportunity to turn good intentions into action. No act of service is too small when it is done sincerely for the sake of Allāhﷻ.
Our hope is to create a community where people not only come together for gatherings, but also support one another, contribute where they can and help preserve a spirit of love, hospitality and service for future generations, إن شاء الله.
